Payment

Two Seaside Babes accepts cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Our preferred methods of payment are Paypal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and Google Checkout. We do also accept money orders and cashiers checks, however we DO NOT accept them for purchases outside of the continental US. We do not accept personal checks. If you choose to send money orders or cashiers checks in lieu of Paypal, be advised that your item will not be shipped until funds have cleared.

Shipping

We ship both USPS Priority and First Class. During normal production times (see individual listings, cart, or your receipt after purchase for our turn around time), items are shipped with 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment (and after the item has been comleted), not including holidays and inclement weather. Insurance is optional and recommended. Two Seaside Babes is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipment. However, we are willing to work with our customers if this is to ever happen. We ship worldwide! Buyers are responsible for any duty and/or customs fees charged by their countries. All items are marked as "merchandise" on customs forms.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our Buckle Beanies are meant to be snug and well-fitted. It will take a few wearings for them to "stretch" a bit. Additionally, monitor resolution and dye lots may create a slightly different shade of yarn than what might be pictured. If, however, it still doesn't fit to your satisfaction, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Two Seaside Babes will accept refunds and exchanges for items purchased directly from the store (minus S/H to return item to us). These items must be in new condition...if they arrive returned in less-than-new condition or smell of smoke, 25% will be deducted from the full purchase price to be refunded. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt and the item must be returned within 7 days after this notification. Refunds will be given for difference paid during exchanges, if this occurs. Patterns will not be refunded or exchanged! Custom orders may be refunded or exchanged on a case-by-case basis!
