Shop Policies

CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME:

All of our items are made to order. In order to keep your cost low, I will hand make your item to your specification AFTER your order is received. All items are crocheted in the order in which they were received, unless you purchase a RUSH upgrade. Our current production time is 1 - 3 business days and does not include shipping. Shipping reflects transit time only. Please let me know prior to purchase if you need your order sooner. Requests for rush production/shipment during checkout cannot be accommodated without prior arrangement. Thank you so very kindly for your support, understanding, and patience.

PAYMENT:

Two Seaside Babes preferred methods of payment are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Amercian Express. Orders will not ship until funds have cleared.

SHIPPING:

We have flat rate shipping worldwide. Buy 1 item, 10 items, or 100, it's the same low fee:

  • United States USPS First Class: $3.50. USPS First Class: 3 - 5 business days transit plus 7 - 10 business day processing time. First Class shipments are not insured.
  • United States USPS Priority: $6.50. Priority shipping upgrades: 2 - 3 business days transit plus 7 - 10 business day processing time. UP TO $50 insurance is automatically included. If you require more on your order, please let me kindly know.
  • Canada USPS First Class International: $10.00
  • Worldwide USPS First Class International: $13.00. First Class International: 1 - 3 weeks transit. In some instances, can be longer. Time frame is entirely dependent upon customs entry point.

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days.  Insurance is optional and recommended.  TwoSeasideBabes is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipment.  However, I am willing to work with my customers if this is to ever happen.  I ship worldwide!  Buyers are responsible for any duty and/or customs fees charged by their countries.  All items are marked as "merchandise" on customs forms.
    
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES:

Two Seaside Babes hats will take a few wearings for them to "stretch" a bit.  Additionally, monitor resolution and dye lots may create a slightly different shade of yarn than what might be pictured.  If your hat doesn't fit to your satisfaction, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will accept refunds and exchanges for items purchased directly from the store. Please notify me of your intention to return an item within 14 days of delivery. I will refund or exchange the full purchase price of the item if it is received within 30 days or delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyers are responsible for shipping an item back to me, unless the refund or exchange is due to an error on my part. In that instance, ALL shipping charges (including those in the original transaction) will be refunded. Express/Overnight shipping charges are NOT refundable. Items can be mailed back to:

These items must be in new condition...if they arrive returned in less-than-new condition or smell of smoke, 25% will be deducted from the full purchase. Refunds will be given for difference paid during exchanges, if this occurs. Custom orders may be refunded or exchanged on a case-by-case basis!

I do not submit my products for review on ANY personal or business blog.

I do not sell my patterns for ANY hats, accessories, gifts, or photography props in my store.  All of my patterns are copyrighted.  Legal action will be taken against any individual that infringes upon those copyrights.

I guarantee all of my work.  If for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please let me know and we can always work out satisfactory arrangements.
